The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you'll become a specialist in your sales vertical and take ownership of a defined territory. You'll uncover opportunities, deepen client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor — driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and delivering incredible service.

What You'll Do

* Win new business by providing market insight, value-led discovery, and strong differentiation
* Grow existing accounts and deliver exceptional client experiences
* Partner closely with our internal talent delivery teams to ensure sourcing, screening, and onboarding run smoothly
* Stay ahead of industry trends to provide strategic, consultative guidance
* Work collaboratively to drive results across the full sales lifecycle

What You Bring

* 2–5 years' experience in recruitment sales and account management
* Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business
* Strong territory planning and business development skills
* Track record of success in a performance-driven environment
* Excellent communication and networking ability — virtual or in person
* Resilience, tenacity, and a winning mindset

Bonus Points For

* Experience recruiting within the tech sector
* Familiarity with Salesforce
* Exposure to sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Business Value Messaging, etc.)
