You will implement a sensitive business & social transformation, develop the social relationship and ensure the HR business continuity.Role: Interim HR Director & Social Relations (M/W). Direct report at HR Group level. Matrix organization, functional relation with Operational & support teams. In coordination with external legal advisors.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement the social transformation in close coordination with the Group, within Spanish labour laws and HR legal processes.Ensure HR business continuity by directly managing the local HR team during the transformation phase.Deploy the new organization, aligning both the country and the other European countries to the new business strategy.Coordinate with external legal advisors on Spanish labour law matters.Maintain local HR team leadership and social relations during the 6‑month interim mission.Mission DetailsLocation: Madrid, Spain (business mobility within key cities in Spain).Start Date: ASAP, expected mid January ****.Duration: 6 months, extensible upon the situation.Key Qualifications & SkillsBased in Spain.Fluent in Spanish & English.Expertise in Spanish labour law with proven track record in social relations management and restructuring contexts.Experience in BtoB sectors such as specialised distribution, transport, logistics, supply‑chain, fleet management, warehousing or equivalent.Strong legal knowledge of labour and social matters.Experience working with Group and local employee representative bodies.Hands‑on, execution‑driven profile with a strong "doer" mindset.Agile within complex matrix organisations.Pragmatic, reliable and easy to work with.RequirementsImmediately available to start mid January ****.Capable to rapidly take over this great challenge.Apply by sending your English CV and a targeted message to ****** with reference ******.#J-18808-Ljbffr
