Experteer OverviewAs a SAP FICO Consultant, you will drive global finance and controlling implementations to enable efficient, compliant operations. You'll join a cross-functional, international team to translate business needs into SAP designs and deliver ECC and S/4HANA projects, including greenfield deployments. You'll guide testing, training, and knowledge transfer while optimizing processes across modules and geographies. This role offers hands-on impact in a growing, global business with a strong emphasis on initiative and continuous learning. You will work closely with finance and IT professionals to support daily operations and long-term transformation.

- Collaborate with a global team to align and implement SAP Finance and Controlling
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs
- Develop, test, document, and optimize SAP applications (ECC and S/4HANA) including greenfield deployments
- Demonstrate, train, and guide testing activities and transfer knowledge to users
- Coordinate cross-application processes with other Application Specialists to define optimal solutions
- Ensure the business remains optimized and well-supported in daily operations
- Possess go-live experience and knowledge of tax rules/regulations
- Gather financial information and translate it into IT solutions to support daily operations
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize SAP FICO functionalities (Cost Controlling, Product Costing, IO/Distribution settlements)
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in SAP FICO with focus on Cost Controlling and related areas
- Understanding of international tax laws and regulations
- Experience with SAFe and Scrum
- Ability to translate business processes into IT architecture
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with go-live projects and tax/Regulatory knowledge is a plus
