This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering S/4HANA-enabled supply chain solutions, guiding clients through complex transformation journeys, and leading multidisciplinary teams. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongClient Delivery Advisory /strong /pulliLead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Logistics transformation programmes for large, multinational clients. /liliAdvise C-suite and senior stakeholders on best-practice process design, system architecture, and transformation roadmaps. /liliAct as the functional lead in one or more SAP domains (e.g., MM, PP, EWM, TM, IBP, or related S/4 modules). /liliConduct assessments, develop solution blueprints, and oversee delivery of high-quality project outcomes. /li /ulpstrongProgramme Leadership /strong /pulliManage large, multi-workstream SAP projects and cross-functional teams across Europe. /liliProvide leadership, mentoring, and performance development to consultants and managers. /liliEnsure project governance, quality assurance, risk management, and alignment with client objectives. /li /ulpstrongBusiness Development /strong /pulliSupport pre-sales efforts including proposal development, client presentations, solutioning, and estimation. /liliIdentify new opportunities within client accounts and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy. /liliServe as a trusted advisor and thought leader for the firm’s SAP Supply Chain practice. /li /ulpstrongRequired Experience Skills /strong /pulli10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics consulting. /liliProven delivery leadership in SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes (mandatory). /liliFunctional expertise in one or more modules: SCM, OTC, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, EWM, TM, WM, IBP, or related S/4 capabilities. /liliStrong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes across plan, source, make, and deliver. /liliDemonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-country SAP programmes. /liliExperience working within a management consulting or digital transformation environment. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels. /liliFluent English (spoken and written).
