Senior Key Account Manager - Spain, Italy & LatAm
Join AB Tasty as a Senior Key Account Manager in Madrid to own renewals, upsell, cross‐sell, and build strategic ties across Spanish, Italian and Latin American enterprise accounts.

Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage contract renewals, upselling and cross‐selling for a portfolio of key enterprise customers. You will obtain and maintain long‐term key customers by understanding their requirements for the AB Tasty platform and uncovering their future needs in the ever‐changing world of website optimization.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure their continuous engagement with the AB Tasty platform (value > 2 M€).

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

Propose solutions that meet the client's objectives and changing demands.

Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Expand the relationships with existing customers through meetings, weekly calls, and all possible forms of contact.

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

Resolve any issues and complaints to maintain trust.

Play an integral part in generating new sales that turn into long‐lasting relationships.

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Qualifications

At least 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales role or consulting, with a proven network in the Spanish market and good knowledge of digital marketing.

Demonstrated success negotiating complex, multi‐year contracts with senior stakeholders (Directors and C‐level) at enterprise accounts.

Proven experience leading and managing complex enterprise RFPs end‐to‐end with high win rates.

A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual targets, such as NRR and expansion growth via upsell/cross‐sell.

Exceptional presentation skills and outstanding communication skills in English, Spanish and Italian.

Excellent negotiation techniques, accustomed to dealing with decision makers such as Heads of Marketing and Product departments.

Ability to draft clear, concise reports and presentations.

Experience working with Salesforce.com.

Tools: Salesforce, Gong; Collaboration tools: Slack, Jira, Confluence.
