We are looking for a dynamic solutions-oriented BI Partner Solutions Manager to design and own the full lifecycle of PowerBI reporting experiences for our hotel and client partners. You’ll be the face of WebBeds’ business intelligence function to our external ecosystem – owning not only the creation of cutting-edge dashboards but also the governance, access, and communication strategies that support them.
This is a pioneering role, the first of its kind at WebBeds, designed for someone who thrives on end-to-end ownership, loves data storytelling, and is passionate about delivering meaningful insights to external stakeholders. From day one, you’ll build a scalable BI foundation that enables our partners to gain faster, deeper and more secure access to their business insights.
Key Responsibilities.
* Design, build and launch market leading PowerBI dashboards that not only report historical performance, but also visualise predictive insights, uncover hidden patterns, and recommend actionable next steps
* Own the end-to-end BI experience for external partners – from user onboarding, licence provisioning, and security access to reports
* Serve as the single point of contact for partner data needs, questions, and reporting requests, delivering excellent, timely support to help strengthen WebBeds’ status as preferred partner alongside our commercial relationship managers
* Work closely with IT and Information Security teams to ensure licence governance, compliance and data privacy are upheld;
train to take full ownership of these processes internally as related to our partners’ data
* Gather partner feedback and translate it into report enhancements, new metrics or report features that directly drive partner satisfaction and engagement with BI;
communicate with partners proactively on deadlines and deliverables
* Simplify and communicate data effectively, enabling non-technical audiences to derive value quickly from complex information
* Act as a trusted advisor when questions arise regarding BI solutions, insights and metrics, working with management to prioritize business and information needs
* Work on data modelling, metric development, prototyping of predictive models and analytics solutions to identify growth and revenue optimisation opportunities
* Analyse and synthesise large datasets using advanced data science techniques to create cohesive, practical insights that can drive the company’s strategic initiatives
* Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to enhance data capabilities and contribute to an evolving data culture
* Collaborate with internal data teams to align data definition and ensure consistency across internal and external BI products
* Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, data visualisation and data science
The skills we would love to see in your suitcase.
* 4+ years’ experience in data analytics and business intelligence, ideally with client-facing or external stakeholder responsibilities
* Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or similar relevant field
* Advanced knowledge of and experience with PowerBI and BI solutions development, including MS PowerApps and Power Automate
* Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and modelling
* Strong experience with programming languages like Python or R for advanced data analysis, statistical modelling, and machine learning
* Practical experience with data mining, data modelling, and segmentation techniques
* Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and experience with statistical tools (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
* Comfortable managing external relationships, fielding questions, and troubleshooting access or data issues independently
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple, compelling insights
* Proactive, structured thinker who can juggle multiple external relationships, anticipate needs, and drive BI initiatives from start to finish
* (Desirable) Hands-on experience in cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS) for data processing and model deployment
