Senior IT Finance Controller - Office of CTOO (Openbank)

**Mission and responsibilities**:
- Being a single point of contact in the relationship with countries, guaranteeing the reconciliation of accounts.
- Coordinate and centralize the annual budgetary exercise three years ahead.
- Design the zero-based budget for the start-up of new projects.
- Control running cost and estimate impact according to the different drivers and volumes.
- Structure, report and explain the status of the projects to the Headquarters.
- Perform monthly closings and prepare reports for Financial Management.
- Plan and follow up on the SW amortization schedule.
- Monitor the rate of accrual vs. budget, deliverables, identify risks and propose mitigating actions.
- Ensuring any reconciliation breaks are investigated and solved on a timely basis, considering both tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders to solve queries.
- Ensuring the efficient operation of a robust control environment within Openbank
**To be successful in the role you must have**:
- At least 10 years of experience as an IT Controller, in IT or Banking services.
- High level of commitment.
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day practice.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and accurately at all levels.
- A confident self-initiative attitude.
- Control mindset.
- Attention to details.
- A strong sense of belonging and the ability to work independently.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field.
