Financial Controller - Group Subsidiaries | Hybrid Work Model
About the Role We are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee the economic and financial management of several subsidiaries within Grupo Roca. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and/or prepare budgets, including variance analysis.
- Analyse and control financial information reported to HQ (monthly reporting & annual closing).
- Establish and monitor transfer prices and ensure proper fiscal documentation.
- Manage financial matters in collaboration with subsidiary admin‑finance teams.
- Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
- Participate in ERP implementation projects across the Group.
Internal & External Relationships
Collaboration with Finance Directors and General Managers of Group companies. Coordination with Corporate Accounting on consolidation topics.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar (financial specialisation valued).
- 3-4 years of experience as a Controller and/or in internal/external audit within a multinational environment.
- Open to Administrative Managers/Directors from SMEs with strong financial oversight.
- English level: C1.
