To cover the needs of our expansion, we wish to incorporate an Engineering Project Manager,
based in our Sant Cugat del Valles ( Barcelona ) office as an intermediate position between Engineering Director and the Engineers team and supplying assistance to the Engineering Director
Position:
Engineering Project Manager
Required education:
Industrial or Chemical Engineering degree, or similar
Required languages:
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Required profile:
Team work management (empathy and closeness to the team)
Time management
Excellent communication skills both oral and written (internal team and customers/suppliers)
Strong problem solving skills.
Required experience:
With at least 5 years of experience in chemical process projects, developed in chemical engineering, installers, manufacturers of machinery for chemical process in the chemical, pharma, oil, solvent recovery, cosmetic or natural ingredients sectors.
With at least five years of demonstrable experience in Project Management encharged of a team/department developed in chemical engineering.
Experience in international projects would represent a plus.
Advance user of MS software suites.
Experience in customer and supplier relationship.

Project Managers, technical manager, designer draftsmen.
Mobility:
We estimate approximately that at the beginning his dedication
will be 85% of the time in office work and 15% of the time on
site / traveling. With increasing experience the dedication
outside the office can increase another 5 10%.
