Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, talented and dynamic Hospitality Projects Designer with solid experience as an Interior Designer in medium- and large-scale high-end hospitality projects. As an Interior Designer, the candidate will play a key role in developing and managing interior design projects from concept through to site implementation, ensuring design excellence across all phases.
Responsibilities
- Supervising design processes prepared by outsourced Architecture and Design studios for new Group projects.
- Design, plan, develop, and conceptualize interior design ideas for in-house projects.
- Develop visual and technical documentation including mood boards, hand sketches, CAD drawings, Photoshop work, and 3D models, in collaboration with the internal design team.
- Support the Design Department in the development of the Group Design Guidelines, to be used by external and internal teams in all future projects.
- Research and create FF&E; designs and presentations, including bespoke furniture concepts and detailing in coordination with the specifications team.
- Carry out site visits to oversee construction progress.
- Manage workload and priorities to meet project deadlines and support the coordination of team efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in architectural design, with a focus on hospitality projects.
- Strong understanding of the concept and design development process, project documentation, and material specifications.
- Proven experience working with hotel operators, consultants, and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent client presentation ability.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English (interview will be conducted in English).
- International experience on similar-scale projects will be valued.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Microsoft Office
- 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.) is a plus
