Summary
The Multichannel Manager (MCM) is responsible for enhancing customer engagement by managing and implementing multi-channel communication strategies, encompassing both one-on-one and one-to-many interactions. Reporting to the Business Unit Director, Iberia, this role is office-based.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Drive the implementation of digital channels and content creation across all company business units, functional departments, and therapeutic areas of interest.
·Support the definition of Multi-channel Customer Engagement strategies and execute tactical Multi-channel Customer Journeys.
·Implement Central Assisted and Locally Orchestrated multi-channel activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders at both local and regional levels.
·Identify and monitor the multi-channel and media landscape, focusing on topics relevant to our communication goals and customers.
·Enhance customer experience and digital interactions by defining and implementing adequate channels and formats for action, based on data analysis and proactive market research.
·Identify relevant influencers, platforms, formats, and channels within the multi-channel and media environment.
·Cooperate closely with colleagues from Marketing, Medical, Communication, and Sales departments to manage digital content creation and distribution for HCPs and other targets.
·Define requirements for digital data quality and support internal stakeholders in a data-driven decision-making process.
·Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns, defining, monitoring, and evaluating KPIs and benchmarks reporting to operating departments.
·Manage CRL, CLM and related digital channels (e.g., VAE, Engage, and SFMC).
·Develop a deep understanding of media preferences and communication habits of target groups relevant to our communication goals based on multi-channel trend analysis.
·Contribute to spreading our Company and product value proposition through active topic definition, content creation, and new digital channel implementation.
Requirements
·Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
·Experience in pharmaceutical industry multichannel management and knowledge of Spanish regulations.
·Solid experience in managing HCPs multichannel engagement, including Rep Triggered Email (VAE), Marketing automation (SFMC), Remote calls (Engage), Gated Websites, Webinars, and 3rd party digital channels.
·Experience in managing non-pharma multichannel engagement, including social media, Paid advertising, and SEO.
·Experience in Dermatology or inflammatory or autoimmune diseases considered a plus.
·Problem-solving mentality with proven ability to successfully lead and manage multiple projects across a matrix organization.
·Creativity, openness to new ideas, affinity for numbers, and analytical thinking.
·Willingness to stay updated with the latest developments.
·Continuous improvement & innovation mindset with curiosity to explore undeveloped market spaces.
