About Our Offer
* Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.
* Base salary starting at 24,500€ gross/year.
* Meals and non‑alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times, as well as uniform, are included.
* Accommodation can be provided if you do not live near one of our hotels but can move within your country.

About The Job
* Create and deliver a fun and engaging, age‑appropriate programme for children aged 0‑3, covering developmental needs and full of magical moments.
* Collaborate with the team on regular events such as team days, parades and evening dance parties during the kids disco.
* Maintain high childcare standards, including health & safety guidelines.
* Place guests at the heart of everything, answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting to guests’ requirements when possible.
About You
* You genuinely love and have experience working with children, and communicate confidently and proactively with all guests and the hotel team.
* You hold a recognised childcare qualification/education specialised for 0‑3‑year‑olds.
* You are a fun, vibrant personality capable of facilitating sessions and working as part of an international team.
* You are willing to learn, committed, adaptable and flexible, able to work well under pressure.
* You are flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and bring enthusiasm to lively activities such as kid’s discos and evening entertainment sessions.
* You are fully conversational in English; additional languages are helpful.
