Prepare and update FAQs, quick reference sheets, and onboarding materials for embedded support.
Embedded Device Troubleshooting Support Help with initial analysis and basic troubleshooting of Linux-based embedded systems under supervision.
Assist in gathering diagnostic data using tools such as curl, strace, gdb, tcpdump, and Wireshark.
Support the team in tracking and reporting device issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
Assist in checking traces in Azure Cloud.
Participate in routine device rollouts and integration checks, ensuring documentation is updated accordingly.
