Install, configure, and manage productswhich you will be dedicated to Proofpoint and Proofpoint product family.Testing new database technologies in the lab environment.Create, maintain, and ensure adherence to security policies, procedures, technical baselines, guidelines, and control standards.Implement database activity monitoring, sensitive data discovery, and vulnerability assessment modules.Collaborate with Client Information Security and project team members.Manage and work closely with BDMs and Sales & Product Specialist, and any other role within the partners.Working with the Marketing team and customers to create new value-added services or expand number of services and ensure all the service KPI’s.Present technical enablement activities, training, workshops, certifications & accreditations for key-assigned partner base, co-managing it with the assigned BDMProvide Technical Support to customers and partners.Perform Vendor’s Proof of Concept / Proof of Value, whenever needed.Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.Enable partners for Proofpoint product family.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About youThe ideal System Engineer has :
