Pre-Preg Composite Laminator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Preg Composite Laminator to join our growing team in Palma. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in composite manufacturing with a particular focus on pre-impregnated (pre-preg) carbon fibre lay-up. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with high attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lay‑up and laminate composite materials using pre-preg carbon fibre to precise engineering drawings and specifications
* Trim, vacuum bag, and prepare moulds for curing
* Operate autoclaves and ovens in line with technical instructions
* Ensure all work meets the required quality and safety standards
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Requirements:
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in pre-preg composite laminating
* Strong understanding of composite materials and vacuum bagging techniques
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
* Reliable, motivated, and a team player
* EU work authorisation or valid permit to work in Spain
* Experience working with carbon fibre in a marine or yacht setting
* Experience working with pre-preg lamination
* Spanish and/or English language skills
