We’re looking for a motivated German-speaking professional who wants to grow in full-cycle recruitment and build a successful career in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Whether you come from a sales or business development background and want to move into recruitment,
or you’re already in Talent Acquisition and want to shift into a commercial, 360° role, this is your opportunity to shine.
What You’ll Do
Take full ownership of the recruitment process — from prospecting clients to closing deals.
Actively source, pitch, and place top IT talent across Europe.
Build and grow your own client portfolio through proactive business development.
Negotiate offers and close deals that make a real impact.
Continuously improve your market knowledge and sales techniques with elite training and mentorship.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent/native German + good English or Spanish.
Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or sales (minimum 6–12 months).
Strong commercial mindset and interest in business development.
Motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, and eager to achieve results.
