Honda Bank is strengthening its pricing governance and commercial performance across Europe. We are looking for a Financial Pricing Lead to join our Finance, Controlling & Pricing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving pricing strategies for financial products and services in Germany and Spain. You will play a key role in ensuring profitability, regulatory compliance, and alignment with commercial objectives, while acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and senior leadership.

Tareas
Pricing Strategy & Governance
- Develop and implement pricing frameworks for financial products and services tailored to the German and Spanish markets.
- Establish and maintain governance for dealer bonus calculations and loyalty incentive schemes to support sustainable growth.
- Ensure pricing decisions comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
Financial Analysis & Modelling
- Perform profitability analysis, margin optimisation, and price elasticity studies.
- Build, maintain, and enhance advanced pricing models, including cost-plus, value-based, and competitive pricing approaches.
- Analyse historical performance and market trends to support pricing recommendations and strategic decisions.
Dealer Bonus & Loyalty Programmes
- Design and calculate dealer bonus structures and loyalty programmes aligned with strategic and commercial objectives.
- Monitor programme effectiveness and recommend adjustments to optimise ROI and customer retention.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Support
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance to align pricing with go-to-market strategies.
- Provide pricing insights, scenarios, and recommendations to senior management and commercial teams.
- Support contract negotiations through pricing scenarios and financial impact assessments.
Tools, Data & Process Improvement
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of pricing tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
- Drive automation and standardisation of pricing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requisitos
What we’re looking for:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial finance.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of financial modelling, margin analysis, and profitability drivers.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix organisation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Spanish or German is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the automotive or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of pricing software or pricing optimisation tools.
- Exposure to international pricing environments and transfer pricing concepts.
