The Marketing Assistant (MA) will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through digital and traditional marketing strategies. We strive to improve through personal and professional development and school improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ConversionCollaborate with external SEM, SEO, and paid social agencies to optimize lead generation campaigns.Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.Improve customer journey within HubSpot Sales CRM to enhance conversion rates.Optimize digital and nondigital marketing tools to increase lead conversion.Support admissions by creating marketing collateral, organizing events, refining lead nurturing, and implementing retargeting campaigns.Data AnalyticsTrack and report key digital and nondigital marketing performance indicators weekly.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and conversions.Capture school activities to generate engaging content for digital and nondigital platforms.Develop and manage content for social media, newsletters, admissions materials, and the website, ensuring consistent brand messaging and SEO optimization.CommunicationsWrite, translate, and distribute formal communications to families via all school channels.Produce and send the school newsletter, maintaining high engagement rates.Ensure all communications align with the school's branding and marketing strategy.School Calendar & Event PlanningCoordinate school calendar and assist in event planning. This list is not exhaustive and may be reviewed or modified as needed.Skills, Qualifications, and ExperienceMarketing experience:
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, KPIs, and campaign management.Digital skills:
Proficiency in Canva, HubSpot, ISams, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, with adaptability to new technologies.Flexibility:
Availability to work outside regular hours for school events (6-10 major events per year) and willingness to travel for marketing activities (e.G., MARC Fairs).Community knowledge:
Ideally based locally or familiar with the area.Languages:
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.Data analysis:
Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make recommendations.Creativity:
Ability to develop engaging content for social media and marketing materials.Organization & problem-solving:
Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Teamwork & interpersonal skills:
