- Italian & English Speaker At Netzon Group, we're growing fast—and we're looking for motivated Account Managers to join our International Team in Barcelona for our Agilent .If you enjoy helping people, communicating in a dynamic environment, and being part of a supportive, multicultural team, this role is for yo u.About the R ole Build relationships with Lab Managers and key decision-makers to reactivate dormant accounts and grow Agilent Services & Support sales, including service contracts, training, and financing solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to accelerate sales, improve customer satisfaction, and secure long-term partnerships while identifying opportunities to expand service portfolio adoption through tailored solutio ns.Key Responsibili ties Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand Service Contracts and Maintenance/Repair Servi ces.
Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectiv ely.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering soluti ons.
Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow- ups.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer car, engineering, and field services.
To deliver exceptional customer experie nce.What We're Lookin g For Fluency in Italian & English (Other languages would be a p lus).
Proven Sales experience, including track record of meeting and exceeding targets (B2 B experience is a big p lus).
Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer ser vice.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to find innovative solut ions.
Effective Time Management and Organizational sk ills.
Team Player with a strong work e thic.
Background in laboratory or analytical instrumentation would be a plus.
Experience in insurance sales would be a plus.What We Offer Start Date: ASAP.
Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of proba tion).
Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (1 short day per week)Salary: €27,500 gross per year.
Performance Bonus: Up to €11,000 gross per year (€2,750 per quarter) Based on performance and Sales Ta rgets.
Working Model: Hybrid
- 6 days per month in the o ffice.
