We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to lead the delivery and scaling of crypto products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of crypto adoption in Europe, fostering financial innovation through effective operations.What You'll Be DoingLeading new crypto product and service launches in EuropeDesigning and managing daily operational workflows for crypto featuresPartnering with Legal and Compliance teams to implement KYC / AML controlsShaping operational processes for development, issuance, and reporting across RevolutCoordinating onboarding with third-party providers like custodians and liquidity partnersMonitoring operational risks, resolving issues, and ensuring regulatory complianceCollaborating with Product and Engineering teams to develop automation toolsWhat You'll Need4+ years in operations, strategy, risk, or product roles within fintech, banking, or paymentsExperience managing complex, regulated financial processesStrong stakeholder management skills and partnership navigationExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detailKnowledge of crypto markets and regulations (e.G., MiCA, e-money)Nice to HaveExperience in regulated EU financial institutionsBackground in blockchain products, token mechanics, or custody platformsExperience with regulatory submissions and auditsKnowledge of European payments infrastructure like SEPA and SWIFTWe value diversity and inclusion, believing they drive innovation and excellence.
