At Factorial, we're looking for a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help us elevate the company to the next level.

Are you ready to take on this challenge?


The Role

We are seeking an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will involve acting as a consultant to existing customers, increasing client satisfaction, retaining a specific portfolio of clients, and fostering long-term relationships. You will understand their processes and challenges, and identify opportunities for product improvements and upselling.


Responsibilities:

* Build strong client relationships through regular video calls, understand their requirements, and keep them engaged with product updates.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and goals related to their experience with us.
* Identify upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and add value to their business.
* Proactively analyze your portfolio to inform decision-making and develop action plans for each client.
* Recognize trends and potential issues, reporting them proactively, and contribute to improving customer journeys and our product.
* Collaborate with teams across Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to meet Factorial's objectives.
* Demonstrate strategic thinking and excellent organizational skills.
* Be tech-savvy and adaptable.
* Have at least 1 year of experience managing B2B customer portfolios; SaaS experience is a plus.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills and empathy.
* Be skilled in multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
* Proactively suggest new ideas and improvements.
* Experience dealing with churn cases and upselling is required.
* Work effectively with KPIs.
* Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required, as we are an international team.
