We love solving complex problems and we believe the best work comes from creative freedom, curiosity, and collaboration.You’ll join the Credit Card Activation team and will drive the end-to-end experience across key mobile journeys like acquisition, onboarding, and retention, creating thoughtful, user-centered solutions that deliver real impact.We’re looking for someone who thrives in complexity, loves building bold ideas from the ground up, and is passionate about designing meaningful, memorable experiences that make a difference.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and own user journeys across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention in the Tabby AppCreate clean, intuitive mobile interfaces that drive engagement and deliver a delightful, lovable user experienceCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to identify and solve key user and business problemsPartner with designers from other product streams to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience across the entire Tabby appUse data, user feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions and validate hypothesesPlan and conduct user research independently or in collaboration with the research teamPresent and advocate for your design work to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignmentContribute to Tabby’s mobile design system with platform-specific considerations, ensuring visual and functional consistency at scaleTake full ownership of your work, from early concept through polished execution, in a fast-paced, iterative environmentSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseProven experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile-first B2C experiencesStrong craft skills demonstrated through a portfolioDeep understanding of native mobile interaction patterns (iOS and Android)Ability to think strategically and articulate a compelling design vision that aligns with product goalsUnderstanding of technical constraints and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineeringonfident in your work and ыtrong communication skills, whether you’re talking to another designer or a C-level executiveExperience applying systems thinking and contributing to shared design systemsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyExperience in Fintech products is a plusFluency in English is requiredRelocation and employmentWe offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration :
