The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference. Here’s how the Senior Product Manager (Cardiometabolic) role will contribute:
* Deep knowledge of the market for each managed brand: competitors, pricing, new launches, strategy, commercial approach, positioning, etc.
* Develop and execute strategic plans: messaging, positioning, materials, and actions.
* Create commercial campaigns based on market insights.
* Manage digital tools for each brand (website, social media, etc.).
* Communicate plans internally and externally, proactively seeking ways to achieve objectives.
* Consolidate and improve the performance of existing brands.
* Assess and develop business plans for new opportunities to enhance the portfolio.
* Manage media investments with a clear understanding of different actions.
* Forecast thoroughly to prevent stock issues.
* Control and track P&L.
* Marketing & A&P follow-up
* Create creative campaigns ensuring messaging aligns with objectives.
* Train sales teams on key brand concepts.
Your Skills & Experience
We seek candidates with a combination of the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
* At least 5 years’ experience managing CVMET products or related to cardiology, primary care, or internal medicine.
* Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute strategies.
* Experience in project management and people management.
* Experience with media consumer campaigns.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with KOL management.
* Experience with omnichannel strategies (desirable).
* Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Availability to travel up to 20% of the time.
