**A.Accountabilities**:
- **The jobholder is responsible for managing the Center Fuselage of C295 production line located in Tablada Plant.**:
- **The jobholder is the focal point interface of the production area with the supplier selected and all the different internal organizations included in the Fuselages MFT (Manuf Engineering, Quality, Production control, Supply Chain, etc.).**:
**B.Main activities**:
- **Lead the Center Fuselage MultiFuntional Team.**:
- **Act as IOS of the production workpackage service subcontracted.**:
- **Ensure the deliveries of Center Fuselage according to the Industrial plan of the Programme.**:
- **Establish and monitor KPIs to follow-up and control the adherence to the contract of the subcontracted service, mainly focused in Quality, Cost and Delivery.**:
- **Guarantee the productive flow oQoToC**:
- **Manage global Planning (Industrial Plan)**
- **Coordinate production control team and manage the supply of parts to all Central Fuselage phases.**
- **Reporting the production progress.**
- **Technical closing and regularization of assembly work orders**
- **Monitor with adequate frequency the status of the production area**:
- **Leading daily coordination meeting.**
- **Participating in Level 3 SQCDPF.**
- **Deploying of Improvement actions in terms of Safety, FOD&HK;, Quality and Cost aligned with OES targets of the Fuselage production area**
- **Support and coordinate all topics or incidences of the service subcontracted (permissions, documentation, etc.)**:
- **Support the industrialization of current packages, launching recovery actions to succeed.**:
- **Ensures level of competences and skills in adequacy with the service subcontracted.**:
- **Health, safety and environment management in compliance with all mandatory and regulatory requirements.**:
- **Observance of company Ethics and Compliance policies in the area.**:
