Your Responsibilities
* Support and engage with customers in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
* Promote and sell products or services by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions
* Provide excellent service and resolve inquiries efficientlyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet project targets
* Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction
Requirements
* Spanish proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher
* Previous sales experience (required) preferably in phone-based, B2C, or B2B environments
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve results
* Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
