As our SEO Manager, you will oversee Virtuagym’s SEO strategy across all organic channels. Your main objectives include:
Enhancing our organic visibility by optimizing blog content, landing pages, and website content to rank for relevant topics, reach target audiences, and convert traffic.Leading keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO efforts.Developing scalable link-building strategies to boost domain authority.Monitoring technical SEO health and exploring emerging surfaces like AI search results and app stores.This role requires balancing analytical skills with content intuition and understanding the evolving SEO landscape across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities
Implement and own the SEO strategy for blog and landing pages to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.Optimize on-page content, metadata, and site structure for priority topics.Conduct keyword research and gap analysis for content opportunities.Build and execute link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority.Maintain technical SEO health through audits, performance analysis, and crawlability improvements.Collaborate with content teams to guide content creation, keyword strategy, and internal linking;
train stakeholders on SEO fundamentals.Use tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to analyze performance and derive actionable insights.Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI trends, and competitor strategies.Contribute to secondary SEO efforts such as ASO and AI-generated search visibility.Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, focusing on content optimization and authority building across regions and content types.Strong analytical and strategic mindset, capable of translating data into actionable plans.Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
additional European language skills (Spanish, Dutch, or German) are a plus.Experience with SEO tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.Understanding of SEO's role in B2B SaaS marketing, including demand generation and lead quality.High level of ownership, initiative, and eagerness to learn and adapt.Additional Information
