Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market
The Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market should have extensive knowledge of hunting, and basic experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The main responsibility is to develop the hunting market by approaching and building solid relationships among Distributors, Dealer Shops, and End Users.
Key attributes and expectations of a good Business Development Manager include:
* Great business sense
* He/she must be a hunter
* An experienced social media user (Instagram/Facebook) with high social followers is greatly preferred.
* Experience in retail, stores, etc.
* Integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, enthusiasm, and responsibility
* English proficiency is required.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Hikvision requires the Business Development Manager to act as the ambassador of the company and brand, delivering the following key tasks:
* Develop hunting market, conduct dealer/shop visits, promote the brand, display instructions, organize activities/events, build relationships, conduct market research, and survey competitors and customers
* Identify potential business opportunities and growth points
* Discover pain points and support needs of dealers and end users
* Present solutions to potential customers
* Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events
* Collaborate closely with regional sales team colleagues
* Lobby in associations and interest groups
* Assist consultants in project specifications
* Position HikMicro as the preferred product for consultants
* Prepare reports for management
