Experteer OverviewIn this role you will design and deliver high-quality UX for Redtrust's complex products, combining hands-on execution with ownership of UX solutions at the product or feature level. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and other departments to translate user needs into scalable interaction models and to evolve UX standards and the design system. The position is based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model and a focus on user-centered, accessible experiences. You'll influence product outcomes through research, validation, and collaboration across teams, contributing to a culture of trust and innovation.

* Design end-to-end UX for complex B2B workflows and products
* Translate research and requirements into interaction models and UI designs
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specs
* Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual consistency
* Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define and deliver UX solutions

Responsabilidades
* Significant experience in UX, interaction design, or related roles
* Proven experience designing complex or technical products
* Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX problem solving
* Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
* Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams
* Familiarity with front-end development concepts and constraints
