In this role you will support regional supply planning to align demand with available supply, ensuring accurate data and robust plans. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive MPS, RCCP, and DRP activities and monitor supply constraints. You’ll contribute to inventory management, finished goods allocation, and regional S&OP inputs to improve efficiency and responsiveness. This position offers the opportunity to influence planning accuracy in a global FMCG context and collaborate with diverse partners. You will play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives to elevate planning effectiveness.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Assist in developing and reviewing long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts
• Execute mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region
• Monitor supply constraints and under-utilizations; provide data-driven recommendations
• Review inventory policies, track slow-movers, and monitor obsolete stock
• Identify FG requirements and prepare allocation proposals based on priorities
• Provide inputs and reports for regional S&OP meetings ensuring alignment with supply and demand
• Collaborate with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning to ensure supply availability and resolve issues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering with a focus xpzdshu on supply chain
• 1–2 years of experience in a supply planning role (FMCG a plus)
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is an advantage
• Problem-solving mindset and team orientation
• Ability to work in a diverse, global environment
