As Stream Lead (m/f/d) of the SAP Architecture & Development sub-project in an international S/4HANA greenfield implementation project, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of architecture and development topics. You will design customized architecture concepts, assume strategic and operational responsibility and make a significant contribution to the success of the project. This position is not a fully remote position, and an onsite presence will be required once our office location is ready. Creating passion: your responsibilities Strategic planning and implementation: Overall responsibility for the Architecture & Development sub-project within a general S/4HANA greenfield implementation in close cooperation with Stream Leads and the overall project management Management and overall responsibility: Coordination of services throughout implementation and roll-out, including progress monitoring and weekly status reports to ensure project quality Holistic requirements engineering: Development and implementation of customized architecture concepts in the SAP environment in coordination with module managers and relevant stakeholders SAP development management: Planning and control of development tasks as well as management and quality assurance of complex SAP developments Guideline management: Maintenance, further development and ensuring the application of developer guidelines Business process optimization in the S/4HANA environment: Analysis and continuous optimization of business processes to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the S/4HANA environment System optimization and troubleshooting: Error analysis and troubleshooting as well as optimization of existing applications to ensure high system performance and reliability Promoting a positive corporate culture: Ensuring an appreciative and supportive working environment and building a team that is goal-oriented, motivated and customer-focused
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications You are a committed leader with a degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable field. Your in-depth SAP expertise, pronounced IT affinity, leadership skills and strong communication skills promote cooperative and goal-oriented collaboration Professional experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in the SAP environment, preferably with S/4HANA, BTP projects and SAP Fiori Technical know-how: Strong analytical skills, high IT affinity, independent work style as well as leadership and communication skills, supported by experience with project management tools such as Confluence or Jira Planning and management skills: Experience in planning and conceptualization, as well as management skills to use expertise strategically (even without direct application) Willingness to travel: Willingness to undertake international business trips as part of the project work Strong communication skills and intercultural competence: Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and a high level of problem-solving competence Languages: Proficient in English is required;
knowledge of German is an advantage
