1. Trusted Advisor and effective connector between Service Business and IT functions.
2. Understand Service Business Strategy and process pain points
3. Orchestrate the IT Project budget cycle with relevant Service Business stakeholders
4. Ensure prioritization of IT Projects & budget in alignment Service Stakeholders and GPOs
5. Check, finalize, sign-off and communicate prioritized IT Project Budget
6. Commercial approval of Projects & IT Demands in Service Now
7. Involvement in the relevant steering committees of the Business Area / Region & quality gate keeper of projects
8. Connect with Service Business Senior Management and GPOs and communicate IT related topics
9. Point of Escalation if standard IT channels did not perform accordingly
10. Consulting activities to the business, promoting existing tools and " evangelizing " about new technologies that could be adopted by the business
On top of the purely SE IT Business Partner tasks this role will also lead PMO topics for all SBI:
11. Monitor IT Project Budget
12. Support the review of department´s cost
13. Be the focal point with the External Agencies that provide consultants
14. Support on defining the SBI communication Strategy and create templates and other material
15. Develop, enhance and maintain resources planning concept
What you need to make a difference:
16. You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or a similar field.
17. You have +8 years of experience in IT implementation projects
18. Breadth of knowledge across IT Topics
