WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be required to:
* Develop, achieve, and monitor the customer account plans, as well as manage the budget of assigned accounts.
* Negotiate and achieve the company’s objectives related to sales, distribution, gross margin, visibility, and special sales promotional.
* Define and track KPIs to ensure commercial agreement compliance.
* Collaborate with Area Field Managers and cross-functional teams.
* Plan and oversee implementation of projects and forecasts for key accounts.
* Adjust commercial plans using S&OP tools to align with forecasts.
* Analyze complex data using BluePlanner, SFA, for insights and solutions.
* Align commercial plans with Group policies.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG companies managing centralized national accounts. Preferred background in commercial marketing, category management, or trade marketing.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
* Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
