Keep reading! /p pb What will your mission be? /b /pulli Coordinate technical and project management activities across the main client, industrial partners, and the different departments involved. /lili Ensure the proper application of internal development and quality processes (project management methodologies, design, validation, and homologation). /lili Consolidate and report QCDP indicators (Quality, Cost, Deadline, Performance) at each project milestone. /lili Oversee the technical convergence of mechanical components within your area of responsibility, from early phases through technical maturity (P0–P4). /lili Participate in defining objectives, risk analysis, and overall project planning. /lili Prepare the technical documentation required for development (specifications, functional analyses, validation plans, quality dossiers, QCDP reports, among others). /lili Ensure problem-solving and technical traceability using structured methodologies (LUP, 8D, QC Story, PDCA). /lili Coordinate the technical transfer to the series production phase. /lili Participate in training sessions and updates of internal development and quality tools. /li /ul pb Ideal candidate profile: /b /pulli Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, or similar). /lili At least 15 years of experience in technical project management, especially in the automotive/Powertrain sector. /lili Deep technical knowledge of combustion and electric engines. /lili Proven experience in technical coordination between departments and cross-functional project management. /lili High level of English (C1) is essential, both spoken and written. /lili Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate agreements and decision-making in complex and multicultural environments. /lili Leadership skills, global project vision, and a results-oriented mindset. /li /ul pb What can we offer you? /b /pp A position in a competitive multinational company in continuous growth. /pp ✌️ Integration into a highly qualified team of professionals, with a good work atmosphere, innovative and dynamic. /pp Specialized training and continuous professional development. /p
