Tasks

• Regulatory Assessment – Analyse industry trends, policy incentives, and regulatory risks impacting the energy transition sector
- Competitive Positioning – Evaluate the target’s market share, unique value proposition, and differentiation from competitors
- Commercial &
\n
• Revenue Analysis – Assess revenue streams, pricing models, customer base, and future growth potential
- Operational &
\n
• Cost Review – Examine supply chain dependencies, technology readiness, and cost structures
- Risk &
\n
• Investment Feasibility – Identify commercial risks, scalability challenges, and alignment with investor objectives
Requirements
- A currently active independent consultant
- Strategy or Operations consulting background at a tier 1, tier 2, Big 4, or specialist boutique. Alternatively, a transactions background in Private Equity (PE) or Investment Banking (IB)
- Comfortable with a hybrid setup in Madrid
