We are looking for a professional & commercially minded Client Relations & Lead Qualification Specialist who is looking at taking their first steps into the luxury real estate market. This talented individual will handle inbound communication, respond to client inquiries, and help convert new leads into qualified clients.
This role plays an important role in maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:Answer and manage inbound phone calls from prospective clients.Respond promptly and professionally to emails sent to info@maxricart.com.Contact new leads to qualify potential clients and determine their property needs.Reactivate previous clients from the company database through outreach and follow-up.Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and client interactions.
Requirements:Strong communication skills (phone and email).Professional and commercial client service approach.Ability to organize and manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.Basic computer and email management skills.Experience in customer service, sales support, or lead qualification is a plus.Native Spanish - Catalan along with high level of English.
