We are currently seeking Customer Service Agents with advanced German and English language skills for a major company in the banking sector.
DUTIES:
Your main role will be 100% customer service, resolving incidents, answering questions, and providing information. Forget about sales, here your focus is solely on service.
TRAIN WITH US:
- We will provide you with the necessary tools and you will learn customer service techniques in preparation for joining the job.
- From February 9, 2026, to February 27, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
BE PART OF OUR TEAM
-Permanent contract from the first day of training.
Schedules available from March 3: Monday to Sunday, working a maximum of two weekends per month.
Afternoon shift, 39 hours per week: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Morning shift, 39 hours per week: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Morning shift, 39 hours per week: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
35-hour weekly morning shift: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
35-hour weekly morning shift: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
-Salary according to the Contact Center Agreement:
39 hours: 24,000 GROSS/ANNUAL (LANGUAGE BONUS INCLUDED)
35HS: 21,538.46 GROSS/ANNUAL (LANGUAGE BONUS INCLUDED)
-Type: On-site at our headquarters at Avda. Juan López de Peñalver, 1. Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía, Campanillas, Málaga with the possibility of teleworking after the first 3 months.
