We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Local Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Spanish market. The idóneo candidate will ensure smooth transportation, warehousing, and distribution of automotive components and finished electric vehicles while optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.
Manage day-to-day logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery of automotive parts and vehicles.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high service levels.
Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance metrics to senior management.
Coordinate suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards within the logistics process.
Manage and mentor logistics team members to build a high-performance department.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
~5+ years of experience in logistics management in the automotive industry, if possible with electric cars in Europe and Spain (all regions)
~ High English level (to report HQ daily, so at least B2 is required)
~ Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
~ Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
