We are searching for multilingual Real Estate Agents / Lister speaking English and another native/advanced language to work in Jávea, Moraira, Benidoleig or Oliva areas.
Responsibilities
* Listing properties in your assigned area, prospecting and networking.
* Verifying all necessary property documentation and securing mediation agreements with owners while adhering to company commission policies.
* Providing client relationships by giving regular updates and reports to vendors on market status and Blue Square listed properties.
* Updating our CRM with client requirements and maintaining your database to meet commercial requirements.
* Living in the requested area.
Requirements
Fluency in English is essential with another native/advanced tongue such as Spanish, Dutch, German or French.
* Driving licence.
* Residency in Safor, Marina Alta.
* Autónomo status.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, self‑motivation.
* Results‑oriented mindset, with the ability to work in an international team.
* With a \"can‑do\" attitude, organized, flexible, and hands‑on.
* Customer service skills, ideally with experience working with demanding national and international clients.
