What you will do in this role

As a Business Analyst on our team, you will:
- Independently analyzes and interprets moderately complex data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintains and enhances reports/dashboards for business efficiency.
- Collaborates cross-functionally and communicates findings to internal/external stakeholders.
- Supports planning, forecasting, and business insights with data-driven recommendations.
- Manages moderately complex projects and works independently on routine tasks.

Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are bilingual or proficient in English
- Strong analytical tools knowledge: Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, Business Objects.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and understanding of OLTP/OLAP data structures.
- Familiarity with statistical methods (e.g., standard deviation, quartiles).
- 5+ years of relevant experience and strong MS Office skills.
