Workster is partnering with one of the largest global outsourcing companies to recruit Spanish-speaking Customer Support Experts for various international projects across multiple industries.
These roles support major general companies in areas such as social media, digital communication, mobility, online payments, cybersecurity, e-commerce, and consumer electronics, all without disclosing brand names.

Your Role
As a Customer Support Expert, you will help users across different platforms and services, ensuring a smooth, safe, and high-quality experience.
You will
- Assist users with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
- Stay informed about the specific project's policies, products, and guidelines
- Make balanced, policy-aligned decisions while maintaining user satisfaction
- Communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and verbally
- Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts, usage, and service issues
- Respond to user questions with high quality, speed, and empathy
- Use your market knowledge to spot trends and recommend scalable improvements
- Analyze incoming data to enhance the overall user experience
- Support enforcement of platform or service rules when required
- Review reported content or cases within agreed timeframes
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
- Recognize patterns and escalate cases when necessary
Your Qualifications
- C1 level Spanish
- Good English (B2)
- Availability for remote roles within Greece or for office-based positions in Athens (depending on the project)
- Customer Support experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to policy and process changes
- Confident xgwbsxa computer and internet skills
- Ability to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)
