What are we looking for
We are looking for a Showroom Specialist to join our City Center located in Mallorca. The City Center is the epicenter of Cosentino’s commercial model, aiming to inspire designers, architects and customers through an engaging experience.
What you will do
As the Showroom Specialist you will assist with day‑to‑day operations in the Cosentino City showroom, including guest relations, customer service, event coordination, and visiting customer accounts. Your role is to identify and generate sales leads, partner with local sales teams to convert those leads into sales and projects, and build relationships with specific accounts to drive direct sales. You will also enhance the showroom for targeted industries such as builders, architects, designers and commercial clients, and proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals.
Sales Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage every customer, providing a best‑in‑class experience to build long‑term relationships and brand loyalty.
- Assist walk‑ins and appointment customers at the showroom.
- Support customers face‑to‑face, over the phone and via email to explain the benefits of Cosentino brands.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local design firms, visiting them outside the showroom and generating sales according to assigned goals.
- Prepare sample shipments, check material stock and report any issues to help the sales team exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the City Manager and Showroom Managers to increase traffic and lead generation.
- Register all visits and leads in Salesforce.
Organization and Administration Responsibilities
- Filter City Center leads via phone and forward only promising ones.
- Organize and plan events, coordinating content and ensuring qualified attendance.
- Execute events, managing invitations, catering, logistics, publicity and mailing.
- Ensure daily entry of all customer visits in Salesforce.
- Maintain showroom condition, including cleanliness of furniture, equipment and marketing materials.
- Manage showroom inventory and supplies, maintain equipment, place marketing materials, and attend visitors during events.
- Handle administrative tasks required for suppliers.
What you need to succeed
Professional Experience
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- 1+ year in a retail showroom environment with a proven track record of generating leads and converting them into sales.
- Preferably 2+ years in the interior design industry.
Knowledge
- Proven success in sales, marketing and customer service.
- Desired: Knowledge of the building or decoration market.
Academic Background
- Required: High School Diploma or GED.
- Desired: Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or a related field.
