We are looking for a Scrum Master with experience in Transactional Banking to support one of our leading clients in the banking sector.
Main tasks and accountabilities
* As a Scrum Master, your goal will be to coordinate high-performance teams using agile methodologies, collecting metrics to measure execution, identify inefficiencies in the team\'s workflow, and report product progress to senior management, ensuring the timeliness and quality of deliverables.
* Maintain a Jira backlog according to the Product Owner\'s specifications, properly updated and aligned with the team.
* Identify and manage dependency handling (both internal and third-party) based on business requirements.
* Identify and manage incident resolution.
* Generate performance metrics.
* Organize sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Maintain product governance so that the Product Owner, functional reporting, and hierarchical reporting to the COO are all informed of the status, risks, and dependencies.
* Coordinate the global gathering of requirements and product implementation.
* Collaborate with the product team in pursuit of continuous improvement.
What UST expects from you
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Transactional Banking
* Education: Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Experience with SWIFT messaging and ISO 20022
* Basic programming knowledge
* Advanced level in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Experience in Grupo Santander
Hybrid Málaga. 3 days a week in the office.
