We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in European and international funded projects, particularly in Erasmus+ (KA210, KA220), Capacity Building, Horizon Europe, and other competitive EU programmes.
Profile Requirements:
- Proven experience managing European projects as Project Manager.
- Solid knowledge of Erasmus+, Capacity Building, Horizon Europe or similar EU funding schemes.
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
- Experience coordinating international partnerships and consortia.
- Experience in proposal writing and strategic consortium building (highly desirable).
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy, leadership and results-oriented mindset.

- Starting salary: €1,000/month + performance bonuses.

Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Project Manager specializing in European and International Projects. The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee multiple research and educational projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are successfully met. Primary tasks will include project planning, progress monitoring, collaborating with internal teams and international partners, performing inspections, and management of logistics and resources. The position also involves liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of project objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, executing, and maintaining oversight of projects
- Knowledge and skills in Expediting and the role of an Expeditor to ensure project timelines are achieved
- Skills in Inspection and Logistics Management for project quality assurance and efficient resource handling
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork capabilities
- Understanding of European and international project frameworks is highly desirable
- Experience working in academic or research-driven organizations is an advantage
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
