In the CoE of Advanced Analytics at Fujitsu, we are currently looking for a team lead to grow our team, leverage one of our genomics projects, and develop new data-driven solutions to address our customers' business challenges.
As our future project manager, you will :
* Lead all project stages, from specifications to deployment, creation of key users, integration testing, goal setting, and final product delivery.
* Understand client needs, expectations, and objectives to ensure alignment with project deliverables.
* Facilitate meetings, presentations, and reviews to keep clients informed and engaged.
* Coordinate with the team and product manager to define practical solutions, updates, and improvements.
* Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status.
* Manage the project budget, balancing stakeholder needs and translating them into actionable items.
* Maintain active communication with other IT&D areas.
* Ensure proper project closure, capturing key learnings and best practices collaboratively.
You should understand the business needs of clients, data analytics, and possess technical skills to ensure project success and business impact, providing the necessary specifications, knowledge, and experience.
Your profile
* At least 7 years of experience, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Informatics, and / or a master's in Bioinformatics or Life Sciences.
* Experience as a Technical Leader / Project Manager or managing Bioinformatician teams.
* Experience managing IT and Big Data projects, technology implementation, and product development in Healthcare.
* Knowledge of stakeholder management, communication, risk, budgeting, schedules, and Microsoft Ecosystems (Power Apps, Project, Excel).
* Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and some DevOps knowledge.
* PMP, PRINCE, and / or ITIL certifications are preferred.
Additional pluses include :
* Knowledge of HL7 / FHIR.
* Experience in laboratory functionalities.
* Knowledge or experience in genetics, genomics, or bioinformatics.
