Experteer Overview In this Senior Data Analyst role within Performance Marketing, you drive analytical strategy and influence bidding across SEM and other digital channels. You work at the intersection of data science, marketing, and product to boost efficiency, scale, and profitability through data-driven insights. You own complex analyses, leverage large datasets, and impact campaign performance and business growth. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into production systems and decision-making, with a strong focus on measurement and optimization. - Influence bidding decisions across SEM and digital channels through analytical strategy.
- Analyze large datasets to assess efficiency, elasticity, seasonality, and LTV-based bidding strategies.
- Design and improve automated bidding logic using statistical models and market dynamics.
- Develop dashboards and monitoring tools for campaign performance and algorithmic behavior.
- Collaborate with Data Science to integrate predictive models and forecasting tools into SEM decisions.
- Work with Data Engineering and Product teams to embed SEM logic into production systems.
- Iteratively test SEM data pipelines, inputs, and optimization logic to improve performance tracking.
- Design and interpret A/B and incrementality tests for bidding strategies and campaigns.
- Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive rapid optimization.Responsabilidades
- 4+ years of experience with SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field
- Background in quantitative analytics, data science, or similar, ideally in travel, financial trading, or tech
- Experience with large datasets and multi-source data integration
- Strong understanding of how data insights drive performance marketing and business outcomes
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset with continual methodological innovation
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
