Description Overview
Are you naturally curious, proactive, and passionate about Women’s Health? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager with experience in the European consumer health market to join our expanding team. Women’s Health is a key strategic global category with many upcoming opportunities. The role will be based in Barcelona with a hybrid working option.
Scope of the Role
* Lead and manage brands within the Women’s Health category.
* Drive performance through resource management, ensuring maximum impact with optimized investment.
* Think strategically and act resourcefully to activate brands, protect their equity, and manage performance.
* Anticipate consumer trends, competition, and regulations, collaborating with top-tier European countries.
* Support Global Category Leads on projects like activation toolkits based on consumer insights.
* Analyze sales impact of marketing actions and suggest improvements.
* Manage P&L, including A&P and budget tracking.
Experience Required
* 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Healthcare, OTC, or FMCG, with leadership skills.
* Experience analyzing market data (IQVIA, Nielsen, IRI) and financials (P&L ownership).
* Ability to find creative, data-driven solutions in a dynamic environment.
* Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
* Stakeholder management skills to influence various teams.
* Track record of growth through NPD and 4Ps excellence.
* Results-driven with analytical skills and KPI development.
* Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in English (written and oral).
* Moderate travel (20-30%) as needed.
