About the Rev-celerator Graduate Programme
The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is built for ambitious graduates who want to launch their careers in fintech. Over this 12-month programme, you’ll work on real projects, solve complex challenges, and make an impact from day one. With structured training and hands-on experience, you’ll grow your skills while exploring different areas of the business.
Top performers can be promoted during or after the programme, giving you the chance to continue your journey at Revolut.
About the role
Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.
We’re looking for a People Partner Graduate to join our Rewards team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the entire rewards spectrum — from benchmarking to global incentive programmes — and play a central role in how we attract and retain top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply).

What you\'ll be doing
* Supporting the design, analysis, and execution of compensation programmes
* Building and maintaining compensation tools, models, and reports
* Assisting with compensation review cycles, including salary reviews and bonus payouts
* Collaborating with People Partners and recruitment teams to provide compensation insights
* Analysing market trends and internal data to inform compensation decisions
What you\'ll need
* To have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
* A degree in business administration, economics, or statistics, with at least 40% of the curriculum focused on mathematics
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
* Great attention to detail
* Fluency in English
Nice to have
* An interest in HR, compensation, and business analytics
* A willingness to deepen your knowledge of rewards topics, from benchmarking to incentive programmes
* Fluency in another European language
