Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Technical Lead / Implementation Specialist to support a major IRM programme. This is a fully remote contract role open to candidates based in Europe or Canada, requiring fluent French for stakeholder engagement.
You will act as the technical authority for IRM implementation, leading solution design, configuration, and best-practice delivery across the platform.
Key Responsibilities

* Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) solutions
* Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable platform architecture
* Configure and customise IRM modules in line with best practices
* Provide technical leadership across workshops, design sessions, and build phases
* Ensure governance, risk, and compliance processes are effectively modelled within ServiceNow
Required Experience
*
* Strong hands-on configuration and technical xpzdshu design capability
* Experience operating as a Technical Lead or Senior Implementation Specialist
* Strong understanding of risk, compliance, policy management, and controls frameworks
Certifications (Expected)
*
* CSA – Certified System Administrator
* CAD – Certified Application Developer
* CIS – Certified Implementation Specialist (IRM or relevant module)
