In this role you will own the Marketplace experience for chauffeur partners, shaping offers that align with their preferences and ensuring guests receive reliable, premium rides. You will drive strategy and end-to-end execution, collaborating with engineering, data, and operations to deliver impactful improvements. You’ll derive data-driven insights to optimize partner scheduling and minimize unmet guest requests. This position sits at the intersection of partners, product, and business, shaping the roadmap in a fast-paced, agile environment. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define and execute features that present tailored offers to partners
• Own the end-to-end partner experience in the marketplace from offer creation to selection
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations to deliver product improvements
• Develop data-driven insights to improve scheduling efficiency and meet guest demand
• Prioritize projects aligned with business goals while balancing partner and guest needs
• Monitor partner behavior and market dynamics to update strategy and roadmap
• Act as main liaison between partners, product, and the wider business to achieve marketplace goals
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior PM role
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end product lifecycles and data-driven improvements
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience partnering with engineering and design teams
• Direct collaboration with Data Science or Machine Learning teams
• Collaborative, fast-paced, agile mindset
• Bonus: experience in logistics, transportation, or B2B marketplace products
