UX Researcher (4–5 years of experience)
Plan, design, and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies (interviews, usability tests, surveys, ethnographic studies, diary studies, card sorting, tree testing, etc.).
Select the appropriate methodology based on project objectives and business constraints.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure that insights are translated into tangible product/service improvements.
Promote a user-centered culture within the organization, advocating for the importance of research throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.
Stay up to date on trends, tools, and best practices in UX Research.
4–5 years of proven experience as a UX Researcher in consulting, digital agencies, or product companies.
~ Practical knowledge of research and testing tools (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback, Dovetail, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, among others).
~ Experience in agile environments and collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams.
~ Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of Service Design or Design Thinking.
Previous experience in research for complex digital products (e.g., 70% of our senior leaders started at entry level.
